Lily Bosendorfer

Lily Bosendorfer - age 14

Lily started her Gymnastics journey at 7 years of age as a general/recreational gymnast. Potential was spotted and she was quickly moved into a development group. Realising she was a late starter compared to others within her group, Lily worked hard and pushed herself to get to a similar level as her training group and from there she wanted to go further. Spurred on by watching the older gymnasts in her club, she had a clear idea of what she needed to do to achieve her dreams.

At her 1st Isle of Man Championships in 2019, she finished as the Age 9 Level 6 Champion. This set the stage for more and since then Lily has gone on to represent the Isle of Man in the Classic Challenge Guildford, National Grades finals in Stoke and Inter Island Games in Aland, as well as competing annually in the Isle of Man Championships and the annual Invitational Competition with visiting clubs from England. Lily has also represented Manx Gymnastics Centre of Excellence at the Liverpool Open in 2022 and 2023 and at Spooky Spectacular in Newcastle in 2024.
